The roofer is now loading the top roof as coring of Termodeck and building of parapet stays ahead. Many window frames have been installed and now we are waiting for vapour barrier and brick veneer....

Painters are starting main floor / phase one / Monday. The weather is breaking ( getting warmer) allowing outside brick veneer to start, roofers can jump on phase 2 and A/V spray can now be applied....
